What we publish
We welcome original scholarship and practitioner analysis on the law of cyber conflict — international and domestic law, security policy, and the legal dimensions of emerging technology. Pieces range from full-length articles to shorter essays and case studies.
Manuscript preparation
- Submit in Microsoft Word (.docx) or PDF.
- Use footnotes in Bluebook form; legal citations should be complete and verifiable.
- Include an abstract of 150–250 words and a short author biography.
- Original work only; the piece must not be under review elsewhere.
Review
Submissions are peer-reviewed. We aim to acknowledge receipt promptly and to return an initial decision within a reasonable period. See our editing policy for how we work with authors after acceptance.
